How Do I Book a Session or an Event?

A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date and/or time. No dates are held without both. 

When is My Remaining Balance Due?

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session or event. 

What Happens if I Cancel?

Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations forfeit the retainer. 

What if I am Late?

Your session time begins at the scheduled time. Late arrival will cut your session and may affect final deliverables. 

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Photos or Videos?

Current Turn Around Time 

Portraits: 1-3 Weeks

Videography: 2-4 Weeks

Weddings/Events: 3-6

Sale Media: 1-4 Weeks

Can I Get My Photos/Videos Back Sooner?

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, depending on the photoshoot. 

Do You Give Out RAW (unedited) Files?

No. No. No. RAW Files are not included and NOT available for purchase. 

Can I Ask For Specific Edits or Changes?

By booking, you are trusting my editing style and creative direction. Minor adjustments can be made, but full, complete re-edits cannot be guaranteed. 

Do You Travel?

YES! Travel is included within 30 miles. Additional mileage is charged at $0.75 per mile. 

What if My Horse/Livestock is Not Cooperating?

I work with animals every single day, so I allow time for patience! Although I cannot guarantee specific poses or actions due to their nature. 

Do I Need to Bring Someone to Help With My Horse?

Yes - For Safety and efficiency, a handler is strongly recommended for ALL equine sessions. 

What Happens if My Event Runs Over Time?

Additional coverage can be added at $100 per hour if I am available. 

Do You Guarantee Specific Shots or Moments?

I work to capture everything, but in live environments and with uncontrollable factors, specific moments can not always be guaranteed. 

What Happens if The Weather is Bad?

Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at no additional cost. 

Can I Post and Share My Photos/Videos?

Yes! You are welcome to share your content, but images/videos may not be altered or edited beyond their original format. Please be sure to tag us so we can reshare!
